- Authenticate users and maintain signed-in sessions
- Store joined challenges and check-ins over time

- Operate, secure, and improve PTGain
3. Infrastructure Providers
PTGain uses services such as Supabase for authentication and data storage and Stripe for subscription billing. If PTGain introduces new data-processing features in the future, this policy should be updated to reflect them.
4. Data Storage
Shared application data is stored using Supabase-backed infrastructure. Access is limited to authenticated sessions and server-side service integrations where required.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data stored for your PTGain account. Requirements may vary depending on the services eventually added to PTGain.
6. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your PTGain account and associated records at any time.
To request account deletion, please email us at hello@ptgain.example and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief request for account deletion
Upon verification, we will permanently delete:
- Your user account
- Application data managed by PTGain for your account
- Stored billing references that are not required for compliance
Some records may be retained where required by law, by payment providers, or for fraud-prevention and financial compliance reasons.
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
